Senior/Professional ICT Supporter/-Engineer (m/w)
Your tasks:
Managing the day-to-day operations, system monitoring, system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair
User support/troubleshooting/administration
Maintain global VoIP platform
Monitoring system performance and developing new systems and implementation plans
Establishing, maintaining, and managing users (Unix, Windows, and cloud accounts)
Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical services
Office365 Administration, including Exchange and SharePoint
Your profile:?
Excellent knowledge of Linux
Experience with networks (routers, switches & firewalls)
Virtualization and container knowledge
Broad general IT knowledge
Shell and Python scripting knowledge for automation
Experience using cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
Experience with Apple clients is an advantage
Several years’ work experience in the design and maintenance of cloud infrastructure
