About the job
As a member of the Global Go To Market team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies across international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to align Central Marketing plans with deep market insights, ensuring effective deployment in accordance with central guidelines.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Directors and Heads of Central Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive 360 Brand Activation plans, adhering to brand guidelines
- Drive key Brand House KPIs and develop the Brand Master Plan, optimizing and streamlining processes for efficient brand asset utilization
- Define and implement the framework for market interaction and marketing processes, ensuring a consistent approach across all regions
- Advocate for market needs and perspectives, prioritizing and integrating these insights into central strategies
- Share and promote best practices for on-brand marketing across markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing plans align with financial objectives and key business cycles, such as Sales Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Lead the development of compelling Market Presentations and Partner Concept Sells, ensuring timely and high-quality deployment of tools and materials
- Define the narrative and key selling points for market presentations, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Empower market teams to execute brand and commercial operations effectively within established frameworks, while addressing customer, partner, and market needs
- Lead the Fit-for-Use (FFU) process, coordinating with Brand Management, Brand Communication & Experience, and the Creative Studio to ensure technical requirements are met
- Promote excellence in execution according to central brand standards
- Lead strategic projects, including flagship store openings in key cities and major brand events
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree
- Minimum 10 years of Marketing / Go To Market / Brand Management experience in the luxury fashion and/or jewelry/accessories brands (or similar)
- Team player and project manager: ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects and workstreams in parallel
- Strategic thinker and meticulous planner, able to work under pressure on new opportunities, be a problem solver and willing to always go the extra mile
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong presentation and influencing skills
- Natural change agent
- International background with solid market experience is a big plus
- Excellent English language proficiency
