Senior Legal Counsel (TechOps/IT)

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel experienced in providing legal support to TechOps Pharma as well as for IT projects.

• Support of the General Counsel, the Head of Legal & Compliance in various legal matters.
• Responsible for all legal aspects of the Technical Operations such as the review & negotiation of pharmaceutical-related manufacturing contracts, including CMO and Supply agreements.
• Independently lead TechOPS-related legal projects and transactions, including the supply aspects of M&A and Business Development & Licensing.
• Negotiate complex agreements; manage disputes and litigation and assist management decisions by providing robust legal advice and risk assessments.
• Advise on technology and digitalisation related agreements in compliance with data privacy laws.

• Master of Law, preferably with Swiss or European Bar Exam.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in an international environment (law firm and/or industry)
• Relevant experience and expertise
• Strong negotiation skills
• Highly motivated to work in a performance related environment
• An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
• High level of efficiency and attention to detail
