Senior Lead - Sales Business Controller
The world’s fastest-growing running brand is seeking a Group Controller - Sales, to join the fast-paced Controlling team. With your business partnering experience and your top-notch analytical skills, your mission is to lead Sales Controlling at On, influencing decision making through insight and scenario planning. Critical to the success of this role is a collaborative and curious mindset, a desire to influence On’s growth journey and an ability to understand your audience and communicate your message clearly.
- Lead Group-wide forecasting and budget processes and ensure consistency across regional and channel approaches;
- Lead period-end closing processes relating to revenue, ensuring accurate results and clear messaging on variances to forecasts;
- Collaborate closely with regional controlling teams to ensure alignment and fast decision making;
- Drive seasonal target setting process alongside management and regional teams and report pre-order performance to management team;
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process from sales & commercial side making sure transparency in the process
- Responsible for write-up of quarterly sales Management discussion & Analysis (MD&A) and provision of key insights to investor relations team on revenue growth drivers during quarterly earnings seasons;
- Collaborate with Anaplan and BI specialists to continuously improve sales planning and reporting environments;
- Work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure tight control over inventory levels;
- Roll-out consistent sell-through reporting for forecast and Audit Committee meetings;
