We're seeking a Senior Director Cyber Secure by Design to lead a team of experts, engineers, and architects, reporting directly to the VP Security as a pivotal member of our security management team. In this role, you'll guide Cyber Security architecture across departments, define DevSecOps operations, and manage security testing. Responsibilities include overseeing security risks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer security. - Manage a department of highly skilled and seasoned experts, engineers and architects
- Manage the architecture and engineering of all Information Security solutions at Sunrise. These include Cyber Security, Customer Security & Abuse Management, as well as solutions that ensure we meet our investigation obligations towards government and law enforcement agencies (e.g. LI infrastructure)
- Act as senior advisor for all Sunrise departments for guidance and support for topics related to Cyber Security Architecture, Engineering as well as agile delivery
- Manage our security control framework, based on our ISMS, and ensure that we stay compliant with ISO27001, ISO22301 and other security-relevant standards
- Steer that all security testing and assurance activities are executed prior to product launches in all projects, as well as on a regular basis for all our key services
- Manage and report on all security risks within Sunrise. Act as a liaison between Enterprise Risk Management and Security
- Actively plan and steer our multi-year security improvement plans, including budget planning and delivery, in close cooperation with our security PMO
- University degree, Diploma or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field (Security, Computer Science, Engineering etc.)
- Over 8 years of hands-on experience in the Security domain, and over 5 years of successful line management demonstrating an empathetic and coaching leadership style
- Good technical knowledge of telecommunications systems
- Strong analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to negotiate
- Proven ability to make decisions that balance conflicting interests while maintaining a customer-focused, responsive, and transparent attitude
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present effectively to Senior Management and ExCo, coupled with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills. German would be strong advantage
