Position Summary

As a Senior Brand Manager Nescafe Solutions Europe for our Out of Home business, Nestle Professional Zone Europe (NP-ZEUR), you will be responsible for developing, owning and orchestrating Nescafe Beverage Solutions Out of Home strategy across ZEUR to deliver optimal brand experiences that delight consumers while solving foodservice operator dilemmas across target channels. In your role, you will also be in charge of enhancing and protecting brand identity and key brand attributes, ensuring consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Brand Manager Nescafe Solutions ZEUR

• Define & orchestrate the brand winning customer value proposition & consumer brand experience with the right portfolio of solutions, products & services to win in our target channels
• Build strong I&R pipeline that creates competitive advantage through enhanced equipment features, product performance & value-added services
• Set the integrated communication plan for NESCAFE Solutions to drive awareness & acquisition towards our target audiences
• Develop channel-relevant consumer activation plans to delight consumers in-store & drive value for our customers
• Manage, with the support of the SBU, the creation of central marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and sustainability plans
• Work collaboratively with Zone teams, Markets and NP SBU to drive change by being strong data & insights-driven advocate of the ambition & strategy for Nescafe Beverage Solutions

What will make you successful

• At least 7 years of experience in OOH Coffee in Commercial & Marketing roles, including in-market experience
• Confirmed experience leading cross functional initiatives
• Experience of all core Marketing competencies: brand planning, portfolio management, communications development
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with counterparts & convince others
• Fluent in English
