Your impact

• In this role, you will act as the internal expert, responsible for evaluating, developing, testing, deploying, and continuously enhancing corporate data warehouse solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform. You will transform structured relational databases and other data sources into a dimensional data model, enabling power users and business users to access predefined datasets and data marts for business intelligence analytics and ad-hoc reporting.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders, project managers, and end-users, to thoroughly understand their business processes and application requirements. Leveraging these insights, you will design and implement business applications, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365, to effectively support and optimize their operations.
• You will lead the evaluation, development, testing, deployment, end-user training, and enhancement of AI-powered conversational interfaces, such as chatbots and copilots, using Azure AI, including Azure OpenAI Services, within Azure AI Studio and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Your background

• BSc/MSc, Swiss apprenticeship, or professional diploma in information technologies, data management, analytics, or a business-related field.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining corporate data warehouse solutions using Microsoft Fabric, while ensuring security and compliance with corporate requirements.
• Proven expertise in developing, testing, deploying, and continuously improving business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365, while ensuring security and compliance with corporate requirements.
• Initial expertise and experience in designing and developing AI-powered conversational interfaces using Azure AI, including Azure OpenAI Services, within Azure AI Studio and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German a plus), with the ability to prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality outputs, and drive continuous improvements.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and quick learning ability in a dynamic tech environment, combined with excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines.
