We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of user and license management within our Salesforce environment, providing quality user support, and implementing Salesforce configuration changes. This position is ideal for a certified Salesforce Administrator with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to leverage their skills to optimize our Salesforce platform and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Provide timely support by addressing and resolving user support tickets.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to):
- Flow automation
- Custom fields and page layouts
- Record types and custom settings
- Dashboards and reports
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certificate is required.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate user needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members.
