The Job
We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Analytics Engineer. As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce CRM Analytics to develop and deliver actionable insights and data visualizations that enable our clients to unlock the full potential of their Salesforce data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design scalable analytics solutions, and implement best-in-class data visualization dashboards and reports and will play a pivotal role in defining our CRMA strategy and processes. We are seeking individuals who like to take ownership and are willing to lead and execute our CRMA strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions for analytics and reporting.
· Build scalable architecture and guidelines on how to work with CRMA.
· Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
· Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
· Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, GA, Snowflake, and other third-party applications.
· Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
· Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
· Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce CRM Analytics and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.
What We Are Looking For From You
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) or Tableau.
· Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions for enterprise clients.
· Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
· Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
· Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics & & Einstein Discovery is a plus.
· Experience with Einstein related feature for CRMA is a plus.
· Experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, customization, and integration is a plus.
Please note: we're trying to build a great company culture and a cohesive office, which means that this is an in-office opportunity. There will be travel - Stockholm, London, Zurich etc. but when in Budapest this is a 5-days in the office role.
