SALES MANAGER VAUD/GENEVE (50%)
General description
The candidate's responsibilities will include projects managements that lead to the acquisition of new customers and maintain relationship with current customers in the regions of Vaud, Genève and some other locations more distant of Switzerland.
Sales Manager
Required profile
  • The candidate must be: autonomous, a pro-active person to lead projects and develop our customers base, structured
  • The candidate must have: strong sales skills and experience in sales, ideally coffee skills or at least background in food product (such as natural wine, artisanal beer), handsome capability to install coffee (dial in grinder) and small coffee machine

Specific tasks
Account Management
  • Identify and prioritise key new B2B accounts to target in French speaking Switzerland
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve the acquisition of new B2B customers and associated sales objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Goodlife customers in canton Geneva and
  • Vaud, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Customer Relationship Management and Growth
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within both existing and new B2B customers
  • Understand the clients product offering, pricing, target customers, strengths and
  • challenges to offer tailored coffee solutions.
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner and install Goodlife coffee to the customers (dial-in and small coffee machines)
Sales Growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts to maximise revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitable sales.
Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with the Goodlife team (e.g., marketing, product development) to align
  • strategies and offerings with client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new B2B customer opportunities
Reporting
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance.
