Sales Executive

We are on the search for a passionate, dynamic and charismatic individual to join us at YOTEL Geneva Lake as Sales Executive.

About the role

The role of Sales Executive working at YOTEL is one of continued development and never a dull time! You will get to interact with our great guests and support the Sales team in selling our great product – making you very important to us indeed!

Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list)

• Prospects leads from daily reports working with MC team.
• Qualifies leads for the sales team
• Preparing sales proposals for clients
• Answers phone/email enquiries in a timely manner
• Supports PAC/Sales Team to convert business and group follow up
• Participate to the weekly operations meeting ensuring all departments are involved and get the information needed
• Supports Sales Team in regularly auditing all rates for managed accounts (BE and GDS)
• General administration & enters all enquiries into the CRM
• Conducts hotel tours and property sales activities
• Assist in key projects or ad hoc activities as needed by the sales team
• Generates weekly, monthly reports as required
• Identifies market patterns and trends, leading change to maintain and improve the market share

Who we are looking for

• Passion for interacting with people
• Market knowledge (region Geneva and Nyon)
• Fluent in French, professional skills in English and German is an asset.
• A can-do attitude, hands on approach and strong product knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Opera and CRM (Optimiser)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Outstanding vendor management skills.
