Sales Coordinator (H/F)
Your missions
- Management of the relationship with our wholesale network partners and our own stores: invoicing and order tracking, responses to requests for product availability, prices, etc.
- Management of the shipment schedule, control of the order cockpit
- Responsibility for product allocations between our different clients for references under quotas or in limited editions, and monitoring their delivery to the market
- Monitoring and analysis of stocks, management with the sales department of achieving the monthly turnover via invoicing monitoring
- Consolidation & Analysis of the monthly results of our Retail network
- Consolidation & weekly analysis of the LBE
- Contribution to budgetary exercises
- Key User for the different management systems (notably SAP)
- Receipt and review of products, verification of status and correspondence, entry into Salesforce, monitoring of the entire flow
- Management of the supplier creation flow, retrieval of elements, entry of purchase orders, monitoring of validation and payments
- Payment of installments
- Interface with all HQ support departments (logistics, shipping, accounting, management control)
- General services support for the Swiss market (supply orders, merchandising shipments, etc.)
Your profile
- You have an appetite for customer relations, are comfortable with systems, analyzing figures and business.
- You want to evolve in a dynamic environment and are looking for a first scalable commercial experience.
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous and diplomatic, you know how to manage your priorities.
- You are proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally SAP.
- You speak French, English and German fluently.
