Sales Assistant Romania (50 - 60%)
METRO International AG (MIAG) is the payment service provider for the METRO group. Our mission is to offer comprehensive services throughout the invoice chain, enabling our customers to focus on their core business activities.
For our sales department, we are seeking a:
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to METRO suppliers
- Manage supplier inquiries via our platforms, email, and phone
- Document all activities in internal systems
- Initiate phone contact and generate sales leads
- Offer administrative support and arrange meetings for the Senior Sales Manager
- Coordinate with various departments within METRO Romania and business partners
Requirements
You are a dynamic individual with sales experience, ideally with a background in finance or insurance. You are flexible, independent, results-driven, and communicative. You excel as a team player, have a flair for numbers, and are proficient in MS Office applications.
An excellent command of the Romanian language (native level) is essential, along with a good proficiency in English and, ideally, German. A Swiss work permit is also required.
