This is a temporary, part-time position (50-60% capacity) with an immediate start and a duration of 6 months. There is a possibility for a subsequent extension or permanent position.
Your responsibilities:
* Act as main point of contact for regulatory matters, assessing the impact of regulatory changes on banking products and establishing a framework for product and service compliance
* Track and evaluate regulatory developments related to operational risks
* Ensure timely resolution of identified risks, working closely with responsible parties and measuring performance through KPIs
* Manage monthly reporting processes, delivering insights to relevant stakeholders
* Coordinate an annual external review to assess risk management practices
* Identify new requirements from market demand, customer needs, risk mitigation, and regulatory obligations
* Work closely with management on presentations, consulting, and escalations
Your profile:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk & compliance within financial services
* Prior experience in establishing risk and compliance group structures, assess existing processes and develop best practice solutions
* Fluent in German (C1), proficient in English
* Familiarity with risk & compliance management tools is considered an advantage
