Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Regulatory Data Governance Lead to be in São Paulo, Brazil.
This position will lead the Regulatory Affairs Data Governance pillar globally and Regulatory Excellence area across the Latin America region by coordinating the evaluation and execution of data governance and digital management strategies; by collaborating with leadership, cross-functional partners and business management in finding opportunities to drive innovation and advancing standard processes.
The role will be critical in leading operational aspects of the team (e.g., planning, post-market activities, workflow, performance, reliable and consistent data), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within quality standards.
You will partner closely with the Global and Regional Regulatory Teams, Regulatory Operations and Regional Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management
- Coordinates processes and assignments to achieve the goals of the area
- Collaborates to data governance capabilities roadmap including strategic priorities
- Implements standard processes for data asset management and data quality metrics that identify gaps and ensure compliance with standards across the organization
- Develops control structures to supervise data quality, identify data consistency issues, conduct data audits, and resolve data integrity issues related to the usage of MDRIM System
- Works closely with partners, users, and data owners to ensure data is used effectively, supervised, and continuously improved to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensures critical data quality issues are reviewed to drive root cause assessment and mitigation planning
- Collaborates in building integrated digital environments and support tools to enables efficient partnership within and across teams
- Implements methods across the team to ensure quality and consistency of regulatory processes
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team
- Creation and maintenance of the planning tool and the digital Repository for technical & legal documentation for Regulatory Affairs LATAM
- Management of post-market data in MDRIM System for LATAM
- Management of Eligibility Process for LATAM
