- Creating and writing job descriptions and advertisements
- Actively sourcing of candidates using various channels
- Liaise and manage selected key recruitment companies, if necessary
- Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing potential candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Accompanying line manages as a sparring partner and in the decision-making process
- Building relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient recruiting process
- Creating introduction and onboarding programs
- Project collaboration for the introduction of a new recruitment tool
- Master degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Hospitality, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience inTalent Acquisition, A-Z recruitment and sourcing activities included
- Experience in Pharma or CDMO / CMO companies a plus
- Experience in Corporate environment a must, with recruitment agencies a plus
- Fluent in German, English and French
- At ease with recruitment and reporting tools
- Pro-active and solution oriented personnality, at ease working with a wide diverse range of stakeholders,
