Your role

In this newly created role as a Recruiter at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will recruit for positions of different seniority levels across various divisions of the Bank in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for vacant roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner to define and develop detailed and accurate job descriptions and recruitment methods
  • Draft and manage job postings to ensure they are engaging and accurately reflect the role
  • Arrange and conduct interviews, including phone screens, video calls, and in-person interviews, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices
  • Proactively enhance the candidate experience by engaging with talent throughout the hiring process, thereby positively contributing to the organization's brand value
  • Identify opportunities to leverage and strengthen the Bank's recruitment methods and processes as well as initiating and leading projects in this area
  • Gather and analyze market data to enhance recruitment strategies and stay abreast of industry trends
Your profile
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment within the financial services industry or experience from a recruitment agency with a focus on finance profiles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to efficiently handle data and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to build strong professional relationships
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, international environment
  • Willingness to travel between our locations for interviews 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and German, ensuring effective communication in a multilingual setting
