Pursuit/Proposal Manager - Audit Corporates

Your contribution to KPMG

• Execute extensive, deadline-driven pursuit processes with teams by providing support, training, and mentoring that will increase the firm's overall win rate, skills, and capabilities
• Work closely with the Client Lead Partners and their teams, helping to determine which opportunities to pitch for and developing the subsequent winning pursuit and pricing strategy
• Develop winning strategies for pursuit opportunities by asking the difficult questions and enabling the team to refine KPMG's position
• Coach senior Partners and pitch teams throughout the written and oral submissions, helping them identify and articulate compelling key messages, deliver relevant content, and encourage positive team interactions
• Facilitate key meetings, including kick-off sessions, site visit preparation, presentation dry runs
• Team up with a Pursuit Project Manager and/or Writer to guarantee full service support

This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or similar, advanced degree preferred
• Ideally 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in an international company; experience working in a partnership / professional services environment is an asset
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, either gained on Seller or Procurement side
• Solid executive presence and ability to build and sustain relationships within Audit Corporates
• Proficient English and good German skills are mandatory, French is an asset
• Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills
