Axpo Solutions AG is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Portfolio Manager to play a key role in managing approval processes for the global Project Portfolio and ensuring the successful execution of high-value business initiatives. This role involves overseeing complex processes, fostering collaboration across functions, and delivering high-quality reports that support decision-making at the top management level.
- Ensure Delivery of Decision-Critical Materials: Oversee the preparation and delivery of key applications, reports, and documentation for high-value transactions and major initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and readiness for top management review.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all projects comply with internal policies and oversee progress and status reporting.
- Drive KPI Performance: Lead data analysis and manage KPI reporting to measure valuable business outcomes.
- Optimize Processes and Tools: Design, implement, and refine tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management and approvals.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute and achieve strategic objectives across business areas.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with and align stakeholders at all levels to facilitate seamless execution and value creation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or similar; project management certification preferred.
- Expertise in risk management, financial engineering, and KPI reporting.
- Strong background in program portfolio management and strategic advisory.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German (C1 minimum).
- Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Culturally sensitive, with experience working across multicultural teams.
