Project Manager in Supply Chain (f/w/d) 100% based in Switzerland

Your responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager in Supply Chain, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects within the supply chain to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• You will work closely with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Your main objective is to optimize supply chain processes, minimize risks, and enhance customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, set goals and milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and sales, to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and production operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex ideas clearly.
• SAP R/3 or R/4
• Fluent in German and in English is a must (* but please submit all applications in English language)
