We establish Ypsomed Diabetes Care AG as a newly independent med-tech company, specializing in Diabetes treatment through advanced insulin pump systems.
To strengthen the Project Management Office division at the Burgdorf/Solothurn site, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Project Manager Office to oversee governance, processes, and methodologies that ensure project success across the organization.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
- Project Management Support: Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project performance, including budgets, schedules, scope, and the management of tools, while ensuring defined follow-up actions are completed
- AdministrativeTasks: Prepare and document meeting minutes, oversee time records, absences, ad-hoc tasks from Management and purchase requisitions
- Process Improvement: Streamlining workflows, introducing new tools, and optimizing communication channels (for example MS Office, SharePoint, Teams)
- Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitating cross-functional efforts and ensuring alignment between different teams and management
- Master degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field or proven experience (3+)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to create insightful project dashboards and performance reports
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., PQForce, SAP PS)
- Fluent in English and German language
