As a Project and Tools Manager Sales Process in the Sales Division, you will work closely with the IT Team, Sales Management Team, all Sales Backoffice Teams and Finance Team to manage end to end different Sales Process Projects. You also acting as owner of different Sales Platforms (Cash System, Order Platforms, etc.) on Operations site.

You will in-depth technical expertise in Sales IT Systems to provide support during pre-sales and post sales phases.

In this varied and challenging position, you will work very independently and have full freedom of action in your area of responsibility.

Your tasks

End to End Project Management for small and big Sales Process Projects which includes :

  • Target and Project Scope Definition
  • Business Requirement
  • Process proposals and alignment with other Stakeholders
  • Proceed with Salt IT roadmap process, BAM
  • Lead IT Analyst and Developer
  • Process Documentation
  • Process Testing
  • Training
  • Monitoring
  • Stakeholder exchange and active Communications
  • Go live and Pilot Management
  • Issue Management
  • Handover to Operations

Business Owner for Odoo Cash, Order Shop for IC, Direct Sales and Salt Stores which means the following:

  • Internal SPOC for Change Request
  • Acting as Sales Business Analyst
  • Lead internal and external Partnership with IT Analyst and Developer
  • Regular alignment with all Stakeholders from the Tools

Other tasks:

  • Deputy Owner for the Platform Sales Org.
  • Deputy of Operations Specialist
  • Issue Management (complex issues)
  • Testing (Sanity, new Projects, Issue Management)

What you bring

  • Proficiency in French and English, German is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Sales, Marketing, Telecommunications, or IT, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within an IT/Telecommunications company.
  • A strong commercial background and personality, capable of evaluating commercial requirements against technical demands.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills, enabling you to work both independently and collaboratively with the sales team, technical teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • A flexible and creative disposition, proficient in adapting to change and exploring innovative solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
