Product Manager - Enterprise Content Management
Your contribution to KPMG
- Grow firms Enterprise Content Management (ECM) services and deliver value (experience, quality, and risk aspects) through application of deep understanding of needs and experiences, identifying product gaps and generating new ideas and develop product positioning strategies
- Ensure buy-in for the ECM product vision across stakeholders, developing product strategy, ensuring functional design alignment with business blueprint and supporting realization of investment plans and roadmaps
- Ensure product release, service rollout and adoption across our organization by acting as a product evangelist and evaluating promotional and adoption plans
- Strengthen our product delivery capabilities translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, prioritize activities based on business impact and work closely with engineering and architecture SMEs for delivery efficiency
This is what makes you successful
- 6-8 years of experience in product management (preferable in-service industry) with a track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle
- Experience and good understanding of user research, service mapping, experience design, data analysis and change management approaches applied in product-oriented software services
- Sense of software delivery, quality assurance and understanding of engineering disciplines of product development
- Experience in Document and Records management along with knowledge of Share Point Online is considered a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, systems thinking mindset, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and ability to learn and adapt in emerging situations.
- Able to communicate confidently English - German language skills are considered a plus
