Your duties will include at least some of the following categories
- General support of the management in organizational and administrative matters
- Collaboration in various projects
- Procurement and management of internal infrastructure
- Organization of travel, meetings, workshops and events
- Appointment coordination
- Preparation of presentations
- Correspondence in German and English
- Hub function
Requirements
- Many years of experience as a PA on management level
- Further training as management assistant with federal FA
- Fluent written and spoken german
- Good written and spoken English (any other language is an advantage)
- Experience with China – maybe you even speek Chinese
- Very good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet)
- Organisational talent – allrounder, committed and motivated
- You are a very responsible person
