We are seeking a dynamicPartner & Education Managerto join our innovative Digital team within the Marketing Department at our Switzerland Headquarters. In this role, you will take charge of our established CPA marketing and influencer programs, overseeing every aspect from promotion and management to optimization and analysis. You will also collaborate closely with our education team to co-create impactful educational initiatives.

A strong background in the finance industry, coupled with a genuine passion for finance, will be essential for success in this role. Bringing an existing network of affiliates and influencers would be a valuable asset!

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive Success in Performance Marketing:Lead our CPA marketing program with passion and precision. You'll be at the forefront of recruiting high-quality partners, ensuring their seamless onboarding, and consistently pushing to maximize revenue growth. Your strategic vision will be key in nurturing relationships and driving performance to new heights.
• Lead and Inspire Influencer Partnerships:As the primary point of contact for our influencer partners, you’ll build and maintain strong, productive relationships. You'll take the lead in organizing impactful events, managing collaborations, and creating an environment where our influencers thrive, contributing to our brand's visibility and success.
• Shape Our Educational Offerings:Partner closely with our education team to co-develop and execute a cutting-edge content strategy. You will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering engaging webinars, crafting compelling educational content, and orchestrating trading events that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand as an industry leader.

• Experience:3-5 years of experience in managing performance marketing programs, ideally in finance.
• Account Management:Proven experience in successfully managing marketing performance and influencers partnerships.
• Finance:Solid financial knowledge, especially in trading and forex/CFD.
• Project Management:Strong project management skills.
• Cross-Functional Work:Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fast-Paced Environment:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency:Fluency in French and English is required. German is a big plus.
