Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and providing expert guidance on implementing ServiceNow solutions. Your proficiency in German will be essential in fostering strong communication and collaboration with our German-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and assessments to gather and document client requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet client needs, leveraging your technical expertise in areas such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow configuration, development, and implementation.
- Assist clients in defining and optimizing their ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules to align with industry standards and business objectives.
- Work closely with project teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of ServiceNow applications.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry trends to enhance your consulting services.
- Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex client requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing role, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
