What are your tasks?
As an IT network manager, you will take on a central position within our network team. You are largely responsible for the smooth operation the enterprise networks and act as a central interface to our IT service provider. The tasks include all aspects of the IT network and the surrounding IT security environment. With your specialist knowledge and expertise, you will ensure that our networks run optimally every day.

As an IT network manager, you will take on a central position within our network team. You are largely responsible for the smooth operation the enterprise networks and act as a central interface to our IT service provider. The tasks include all aspects of the IT network and the surrounding IT security environment. With your specialist knowledge and expertise, you will ensure that our networks run optimally every day.
Your main tasks consist of:
- Ensuring the daily operation of the enterprise network together with our IT service providers, as well as being the first point of contact for all operational questions, requirements and further development
- Vendor Management: Close collaboration and coordination with our IT service provider participation in various committees.
- Monitoring the service level agreements (SLAs) and representing in various operational committees as well as working closely with the IT system and security teams to ensure the highest level of network security in the operational area.
- Analyzing, assessing and resolving operational network problems, changes and incidents as well as approving proxy and firewall exceptions.
What are you bringing with you?
- Several years of experience in the operational management of enterprise network infrastructures as well as experience in the automation of network deployments and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of current security standards, NIST Cyber Security Framework and Zero Trust concepts.
- Ability to work in a team, structured and independent manner.
- German and English levels to a minimum of a B2 level
- Strong empathy towards various stakeholders and a solution-oriented way of working.
