Network Engineer (F/M - 100%)
- Network Security Management: Design, implement, and manage robust network security solutions to protect clients' systems and data with technologies like ZTNA, micro-segmentation, etc.
- Network Architecture: Develop and implement scalable and secure network architectures tailored to clients' business needs.
- IT Operations: Support IT operations management, ensuring optimal performance and availability of IT systems and networks.
- Monitoring and Observability: Implement and manage network monitoring and observability tools to maintain network health and performance.
- Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert consulting services, advising clients on best practices for network security and IT operations.
- Client Support: Offer technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
- Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Assist in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and provide support during the sales cycle.
- Training and Development: Educate clients on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in network security and IT operations.
- Swiss residency
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German and/or Italian is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in network management and/or security
- Broad knowledge of network security tools and technologies
- Bonus: Awareness of ManageEngine, Cloudflare, Darktrace, and/or Illumio.
- Strong understanding of IT management, networking, and cybersecurity principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
