Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist - IT Manager 100%

We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about building and developing this new organization with us.

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist IT Manager - at SFO, your primary focus will be on the implementation and seamless operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will be instrumental in constructing the IT infrastructure and processes from scratch, ensuring that the technology solutions effectively support the business objectives. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is vital for the successful establishment of this system, which will serve as the cornerstone for the group's future growth and the IT operations. You will work closely with various teams to align IT strategies with business goals and facilitate overall business operations.

In your role as the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of IT policies and procedures, guaranteeing the smooth functioning of the company's technology systems. The successful deployment of our ERP MS Dynamics Finance and Operation is the initial main focus, providing the necessary foundation for future growth for both the group and the IT operations. You are accustomed to working on a strategic, conceptual, and implementation level, and as the pioneer of this new organization within our setup, you will be the driving force from the outset.

Combining these aspects, your position is not just about managing technology but also about leading the organization through a transformative journey with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O at the helm. 

Tasks

  • Customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs
  • Proficiency in configuration , customization and development using tools such as Power BI, Power App, Power Automate
  • Perform System testing, debugging, and issue resolution 
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for the finance and supply chain modules
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices of MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks and systems
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure data protection and information security
  • Train and coach end users on how to use the system effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with external / internal IT and business teams to ensure the system integration, data quality, security and performance
  • Monitor and evaluate the system performance and functionality and recommend improvements and enhancements

Qualifications and Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O and supply chain management implementation and support. Juniors with proven autonomy are encouraged to apply
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications 
  • Proficient in MS Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, testing, and troubleshooting 
  • Fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of business and financial processes as they relate to ERP systems
  • Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously
