We have an exciting and challenging role within our marketing team as the UK Marketing/Product Manager Neurovascular with Cerenovus.
Purpose of the role
This role is responsible for driving above market growth in our neurovascular portfolio through a combination of earn share, product upgrade and market expansion activities. These strategies will be informed by deep understanding of customer needs and market innovation, the subsequent development of meaningful and relevant value propositions, delivered through a comprehensive, integrated omnichannel approach.
Achieving our goal of changing the trajectory of stroke treatment in the UK, requires close connection and collaboration with key surgical societies, medical and government affairs and patient advocacy groups to deliver system wide transformation.
What to expect:
You will be joining a highly motivated, diverse, passionate team that is fully focussed on achieving earlier access to optimal surgical interventions, delivered in an environmentally and commercially sustainable way.
You will have full product life-cycle management responsibilities for the ischaemic stroke product portfolio and its leading Embotrap and Nimbus brands. This will include ownership of the UK Neurovascular product strategy, and its flawless delivery through harnessing the breadth of our MedTech wide strategic capabilities. You will work closely with the UK Business Lead, Commercial, Professional Education, Commercial Education, Strategic Capabilities, Government Affairs and Health Economics teams, as well our Cerenovus colleagues across the EMEA region.
Strategy Development
- Gather meaningful internal and external customer input to shape your product and specialty strategies
- Defines business goals, aligned with overall business strategies, to be met through a comprehensive Omnichannel approach with thorough measurement of impact and ROI
- Secures and manage necessary discretionary budget
- Sets priorities, oversees and guides the utilization of digital properties and marketing activities and creates a supportive culture throughout the organization
- Ensures the effective use of resources through consolidation and elimination of organizational barriers
- Development of KOL Advocacy Plan
Launch Excellence
- End to end local ownership of NPI’s using Launch Excellence (LEX) principles
- Creates and manages persona profiles and algorithms and rules of engagement necessary to drive marketing efforts
- Develops a custom channel and content mix to meet the specific business goals. This includes leading channel development with cross functional teams if they do not currently exist.
- Leads all internal and external communication development regarding strategy and progress towards goals
- Monitors industry’s environment for content opportunities
- Provides strategically tailored content in channel-oriented form as defined by communications strategy
- Creates and maintains a content governance model and content calendar
- Drive internal and external education and the overall promotion of our business
- Building Key Opinion Leader relationships and establishing relationships with industry bodies
Brand/ Product Management
- Develops in depth Specialty & Product Knowledge
- Budget planning and ownership
- Forecasting and inventory management
- Conducting product technical training
- Developing and implementing programs that deliver “Value Beyond Product” to Key Account customers
Key to your success will be your effective stakeholder management in driving and influencing the sales team to effectively execute our strategies to the market.
