In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards, performance metrics, and reports to support data-driven market demand forecasting
• Contributing to improving and managing an efficient and collaborative global digital market research platform
• Converting data into meaningful and strategic insights, such as identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, depicting different business scenarios, and creating transparency
• Consolidating bottom-up and top-down market data into a report to assist the company in data-driven decision-making
• Implementing digital approaches and solutions in market research to enhance the accuracy, effectiveness, and speed of demand forecasting

What you bring:

• Complete studies in business management or datamining related fields
• 2+ years' experience in similar functions in the semi or high-tech industry and / or consultancy
• Strong quantitative analysis and data modelling skills and working experience with large datasets, developing dashboards, key performance metrics and reportings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Power BI and SAP
• Ability to travel international up to 20% 
• Fluent English language skills, additional German language skills are desirable
