QA-Manager (f/m/d)

A QA-Manager(f/m/d) bears the responsibility for a product group or a number of special quality tasks. The release of products in delegation of the FvP/Food/Feed Safety Team Lead in compliance with country authorities / legal requirements. There are intensive contacts with QC managers, plant managers, production support, product managers, technology managers, regulatory affairs, launch teams and customers.

Your key responsibilities:

• To live the exemplary function in all quality areas
• To take responsibility for release or NOT-release of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates and finished products
• To define the cGMP-status based on guidelines (e.g. ICH guidelines, ISO-guidelines) and legal requirements (e.g. relevant pharmacopoeias, CEP, FSSC, FAMI-QS)
• To assure documents are compliant and up to date
• To collaborate with relevant parts of the Supply-Chain Process especially in quality-related issues
• Participation in audits / inspections for areas of responsibility

You bring:

• Academic background or equivalent experience, preferably PhD / master or equivalent education in chemistry, biology or engineering
• Expert knowledge in quality management, regulatory environment, relevant guidelines
• Three to five years in production or lab analytics
• Knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment
• Analytical and management skills to solve quality issues, ability to work in a team
• Good command of local language and English
