Within SaT, our Strategy&Operations group provides a full range of strategic consulting services including corporate and growth strategy, M&A integrations, separations, transformations, Private Equity value creation, Operational/HR/IT Due Diligence, and Operational Restructuring. Our Strategy&Operations team works cross-functionally and across the entire transaction lifecycle. Skills and attributes for success
Between 6 and 9 years of post-graduate experience and a proven track record working on transactions projects, ideally on performance of HR Due Diligence / HR separations / HR integrations / corporate restructuring assignments;
Experience with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or Labor Law;
Proficiency in English AND German. French or Italian advantageous. Additional languages a plus;
Strong motivation to join a fast-paced environment;
A curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashion;
Strong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse team across functions and geographies;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the aptitude to coach junior team members;
Proven track record in successful project management.
