The Management Business Support is responsible to support the Chief Corporate and Business Development Officer (CDO, Member of the Executive Board) and his management team in matters of the daily operational aspects, as well as in transformation and organizational development of the department.
- Supporting the CDO and the Management team in transformation and development activities
- Designing and moderating multi-stakeholder workshops and team meetings
- Acting as a point of contact between management, employees and stakeholders
- Supporting the management team in the elaboration studies and concepts
- Monitoring and tracking financial and staff development, preparing analyses and reports for management reviews in collaboration with Finance and HR Business Partners
- Manage of the financial processes for the department
- Responsible for the CDO's daily business and organizational tasks (agenda, task prioritization, travel arrangements)
- Preparation of files and presentations - content and design for Board level
- Being prime contact for internal and external requests
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable position
- Experienced in transformation and change processes
- Straight thinking, talking and capable to implement things
- Detail-oriented and precise way of working
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- You are fluent in English and German - a good command of French is a big plus
