For one of our clients specializing in legal matters, we are looking for a:
Legal secretary 100% (H/F)
Your responsibilities:
Undertake general secretarial tasks within the Sports Law Group of the firm, which include:
- Handling correspondence with clients, authorities, and opposing parties.
- Organizing and preparing case files.
- Managing phone calls.
- Maintaining the attorney's calendar and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the attorney.
- Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks for the attorney.
- Handling invoices and expenses.
- Recording billable time for the attorney.
- Ensuring the maintenance of organized files, including copies of all documents and correspondence.
Your profile:
- You have appropriate training and relevant experience.(In Switzerland)
- You are well organized, precise, rigorous and conscientious.
- You have perfect command of English and a good knowledge of French.
