Project: For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Learning System Specialist (m/f/d)

Background: Point-of-Care R&D in Rotkreuz is looking for a replacement for the so-called Learning Expert. The Learning Expert is responsible for the training matrix and the allocation of training to all employees in the organization, in coordination with the respective line managers. He/she also supports other administrative tasks, such as maintaining distribution lists and access rights to IT systems. The person also supports the migration of documents and data to new IT systems by representing R&D to the IT organization.

The perfect candidate has a bachelor's degree in business informatics and some experience in business analysis. The candidate also has good IT knowledge and a quick grasp of things. Finally, the person communicates fluently in English and German.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Maintenance of training plans in the local learning management systems
• Communication with line managers regarding training assignments to their respective employees
• Participation in reporting on the training status of the local teams
• Accompanying a document/data migration as representative of the local R&D organization to IT
• Maintenance of e-mail distribution lists for a large project

Must Haves:
• Apprenticeship with additional training or a bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical or related field, e.g. business informatics, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in business analysis or administration/organization
• Good IT skills: Google workspace incl. Google docs, sheets, slides, drive, etc. Microsoft Office Word, Excel
• Quick comprehension, especially with internal IT systems
• Fluent German & English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and planning skills. Quickly gains an overview of complex organizations, IT systems and builds and maintains a sustainable network of people
