The Learning Execution Manager (LEM) is a critical position on the Immunology Learning Excellence team with a core remit of enhancing field competitiveness, development, and impact. The LEM will be responsible for delivering a learning curriculum that enhances field effectiveness for new hires and accelerates the impact for all field sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus:
- Facilitates new hire onboarding throughout the first year of hire, by providing clinical, access & fulfillment, and competitive selling education and application.
- Field certifies all new hires and oversees the first-year learning journey to ensure sales effectiveness.
- Partners with the field leadership and sales analytics teams to identify opportunities to improve sales performance through focused training within the assigned franchise.
- Collaborates closely with the sales and marketing leadership teams to build and implement a learning continuum with quantifiable impact.
- Collaborates closely with the Learning Business Partner on the Learning Excellence team to deliver critical learning curriculum in support of the strategy.
- Leads the Field Learning Advisor (FLA) program for the assigned franchise and facilitates training and communication for the FLAs.
- Utilizes and monitors project timelines, resources, and budget projections for short- and long-term high impact training programs.
