To run our HR operations from A-Z, we are looking for an experienced (>4 years):

Your Responsibilities:

• International Recruitment and Applicant Management: Handling global recruitment processes and administrative tasks.
• Global HR Operations Administration: Managing HR processes A-Z.
• HR Development: Overseeing training, development programs, and succession planning.
• Staff Records Maintenance: Updating and ensuring the accuracy of employee records.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation: Contributing to strategic HR planning and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. Implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational growth.
• Assistance & Projects: Supporting various HR projects and general company initiatives.

Skills and Experience you bring along:

• Federal diploma as HR Specialist (Personalfachfrau/-mann) or higher education in Business Administration
• Sound experience in recruiting and general human resources – at least 4 years and ideally in a multinational environment.
• High level of empathy and loyalty
• Service-oriented, pro-active, flexible, independent and resilient person
• Drive & Commitment to personal and professional excellence
• Excellent written and oral in English and German skills is a must, other languages are an advantage
• Very good IT skills (including Excel)
