Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Lead, Product Portfolio and Growth to drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives across our product portfolio. In this role you will focus on products that help us reach new segments and particularly partnerships that engage business constituents. You will lead internal change, accelerating progress while ensuring alignment and communication with key internal teams.
Reporting lines and interactions
This position reports to the Head of Strategy and Transformation and involves close collaboration with leadership and teams across all ten Centres, as well as key delivery partners including Business Engagement, Global Programming and Global Communications teams. The role is based at our Geneva headquarters.
Main responsibilities
Strengthen product value propositions: Identify, develop, and implement opportunities to enhance our product portfolio, translating ideas into action.
Lead strategic change initiatives: Independently manage transformative projects to address current and future stakeholder needs, with measurable results.
Activate value delivery: Connect-the-dots across the organization through comprehensive planning, clear communication and efficient processes to ensure a cohesive understanding of our product strategy and realized value for Partners.
Stakeholder communication and alignment: Communicate with key stakeholders to understand their multiple needs and perspectives, to share strategic priorities, and to mobilize change effectively and collaboratively.
Requirements and preferred experience
Advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in product development, strategic project management, or a related field.
Proven experience in successfully implementing product and/or change management initiatives; adept at driving continuous improvement.
Demonstrated success in complex, collaborative environments, including the ability to work and communicate effectively with senior leaders. Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential.
Proactive and agile, with the ability to work independently, managing both long- and short-term objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to apply critical thinking, synthesize diverse perspectives, consult broadly and influence decision-making across matrix organizations.
