Your tasks:
? Design and implement an in-house analytics system for mobile apps and websites, integrating existing solutions like Amplitude.
? Lead, mentor, and grow the data analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights.
? Present analytical findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
? Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and ML, implementing innovations as needed.
? Ensure the highest level of data integrity, security, and compliance. Participate in strategic planning, aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
Your profile:
? Strong experience with ML, data analytics, and tools such as Amplitude.
? Proven ability to design and implement analytics systems for mobile apps and websites.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and growing teams.
? Strong understanding of data visualization and presentation to stakeholders.
? Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
? Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
? At least 5-7 years of experience in a data analytics role, with a focus on leading initiatives.
