KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for VACCINES
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase visibility and awareness of products to healthcare professionals while adhering to the pharmaceutical code of conduct.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, aligning with marketing and sales strategies.
- Prioritize and manage accounts in western and German-speaking Switzerland by identifying business opportunities with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop deep knowledge of the industry, disease, and products.
- Align with marketing's tactical plans to deliver brand value messages.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize omnichannel engagement strategies, including digital activities, for customer management.
- Prioritize pre-call planning and scheduling to meet daily sales call requirements.
- Plan and execute sales activities to improve healthcare professionals' knowledge of the vaccine.
- Stay informed and report on competitor activities, strengths, and weaknesses.
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- Proven infield experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (preferably 3+ years), with a focus on vaccines preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and regulatory environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Versatile and resilient, with the ability to stay positive under pressure and focus on delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in German, French, and English (written and oral).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; digital engagement experience is desirable.
