Your tasks:
IT Support:
1st Level support / Helpdesk onsite and remote. Follow up on our ticketing system.
Under the IT Manager’s supervision, administer, monitor, and perform maintenance on IT hardware (servers, clients, printers, network devices) and software.
Administration of Active Directory / Azure
Backup management (Veeam)
Administration:
Manage IT purchase requests
Liaison with external service providers and follow-up on orders, warranties and maintenance
Ensure security and condition of IT equipment
Train users on our products when requested
Your profile:
IT related background (1 year experience in 1st level Support is an advantage). ITIL Foundation certification (optional)
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft environment (Windows Server, AD, Azure, Exchange, Office 365, Teams). Certifications are a big plus.
Autonomous, eager to learn and contribute
Problem-solving skills
The candidates must be fluent in English (C1/C2) and have at least an intermediate knowledge of German (B1/B2)
