As an independent function within the Roche Group, Group Audit & Risk Advisory (GA&RA) provides assurance to the senior leaders of the organisation. Within GA&RA, the Functional Excellence & Operations team serves as a partner aspiring to unlock the potential with innovation & excellence.
The Opportunity:
Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, seminars and events
Provide administrative and organisational support to leadership team members
Support the onboarding of new GA&RA employees as well as offboarding
Serve as the "go-to person" for general operational or administrative inquiries (e.g. time management system, setting up interviews, etc.)
Maintain and update the departmental intranet, as needed
Assist with myBuy/ procurement tasks (invoices, purchase orders, etc.)
Deputise for other Management Assistants
Carry out operational one-time and routine tasks in departmental applications and related documents; Support document management and process monitoring; Support the Senior Process & Project Manager
Provide back-up for proofreading English language reports, slide decks, etc.
Provide support to the Head of GA&RA

You have strong native proficient communication skills in English and additional languages are an asset.
Outstanding computer skills and specific proficiencies with gSuite (gDoc, gSheet, gSlide), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications
Excellent time management & organizational skills with proven abilities to work independently
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Roche IT systems such as myBuy and JAZ is desired
