SAP EAM Support Specialist (m/f/d) - IT / SAP PM / Support / English / SAP MM

Project: For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a SAP EAM Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Background: The SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) group is responsible for supporting and optimizing the SAP MM and PM systems in Kaiseraugst and Basel. As the main contact within the PS organization, the focus is on SAP EAM. The main areas of focus include the processes of planned maintenance and material management, especially with regard to spare parts management. This position is designed as a temporary backfill position until the end of June 2025.

The perfect candidate: has a high level of service orientation with corresponding experience in the pharmaceutical environment. We expect a high degree of initiative/motivation, self-organization and willingness to learn. In addition, very good experience in the SAP PM/MM area is required.

Tasks:
• Support in the local SAP EAM team (modules MM and partly PM): Effective support for all inquiries and challenges related to the SAP EAM modules MM and PM
• Key user support: Support for key users in solving inquiries and problems in the area of EAM support • Conducting training & granting authorizations: Responsibility for granting authorizations in accordance with company guidelines
• Support for general evaluations from SAP: Active participation in the evaluation and analysis of data, e.g. in the SAP BW system
• Support in the administration of Winshuttle/Evolve scripts (optional) Responsibility for the administration and updating of Winshuttle/Evolve scripts to optimize processes

Must Haves:
• Completed training in the field of IT or comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of knowledge in the SAP modules PM and MM are required
• Experience in support, especially in 1st + 2nd level support
• Good understanding of databases and Excel
• Knowledge of interface coordination with other systems
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German

Nice to haves:
• Previous Roche experience
• English skills
