Junior People Operations Partner (60%-80%)

You love people and are excited about working in an AI Start-up? Then join us as our new People Operations Partner in Zurich, where you'll be a key player in making sure our team is happy to work at Kaiko!

You will establish yourself as a central point of contact for all people / HR topics for our team in Switzerland.

In this role, you take responsibility for employee support throughout the entire employee lifecycle process. You will take action for talent and career development within the organization, as well as recruitment activities. Of course, you will also support us with the implementation of HR projects and processes and drive them forward with your young & dynamic mindset.

Last but not least, you will collaborate with our local Office Manager and the People & Places team at our Head Office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

This role is a perfect entry-level position for an ambitious HR generalist, as you will manage all HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts, on- and offboarding, social insurance, payroll validation with our external payroll partner and put the people in the focus of your day-to-day duties.

Requirements

• A commercial training (KV) combined with a further education in HR (for example a Cert. HR Assistant) or a Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent. 
• Some first experience in HR in a small company, preferred in a start-up environment.
• A high ambition, energetic, drive, grow into more senior HR role.
• A hands-on work style and a get things done approach.
• An interest in topics around Swiss labour law, social insurances, and payroll.
• A strong command of English and German is a must, any other language such as Dutch or French is a plus.
