You have a passion for aviation and love the smell of kerosene? You are interested in an internship with exciting and varying duties? Then supporting the Operations Planning & Steering management team in their various tasks is the right role for you.
Your job profile is mutually wide-ranging and exciting. You bring a broad background that emphasizes communicational, organizational and analytical skills. In addition, you will support running projects and have the chance to get a glimpse into the day-to-day tasks of a global airline operation.
- Support the Operations Planning & Steering leadership team in their business administrative tasks (e.g., preparation of presentations and analyses, organization of management meetings and facilitation)
- Assist in designing workshops from the initial stakeholder requirements to final execution
- Contribute to our internal communication for the entire department
- Support of internal event organization
- Assist in implementing new processes within our department

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated person with an affinity for airlines operations and is willing to support a diverse upper-management leadership team. We can offer an exciting workplace with a wide range of different topics, located at ZRH airport.
- For this position, a minimum of 60-80% workload is preferred
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in economics, business administration or similar education
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, demonstrating interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills (English and German)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills and experience in conducting workshops, along with a background in change management
