Internship Brand and Customer Experience (limited 6 months, 80-100%, all genders)

You will support our strategic Brand and Customer Experience team with an internal brand activation, develop communication measures independently and advise our colleagues on strategic brand and customer concepts.
- Develop and manage communication measures related to the new brand identity such as articles, interviews, and other engagement formats
- Planning and organising brand activation formats such as workshops, brand days, learning lunches, etc.
- Support developing and leading brand activation workshops and trainings with various line departments
- Analyze, research and compose customized reports and presentations around specific brand and customer insights
- Independently create communication around news and highlights from brand & customer experience department
- Support in further developing strategic brand and customer concepts
- Support in advising colleagues on strategic brand and customer experience concepts
We seek proactive and enthusiastic candidates eager to learn and grow in a strategic, customer-centric environment within the aviation industry.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) preferably in business administration, communication or related fields
- Prior knowledge in branding, strategy, communication or customer experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently, along with strong communication and conceptual skills
- A quick perception, high initiative, with empathy for the perspective of customers and employees
- A talent to present complex issues in an easy-to-understand way for different target groups
- Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS PowerPoint
