Our client's products and solutions support health care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including cardiometabolic, immunology, neurology, and oncology indications. In their Core Labs (CL) Customer Area (CA) they are looking for a Temporary Contractor International Product Manager role for Global Product Management PHCS for their Life Cycle Team (LCT) Personalised Healthcare Solutions.
The primary purpose of this individual contributor Temporary Contractor International Product Manager role is to support the development of High Medical Value products with in-depth market & customer insights, as well as to support the commercialization of their launched products with their country organisations and pharmaceuticals partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insights & Strategy: Engage with pharmaceutical partners, clinicians, and lab experts to gather insights and define product characteristics
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (Medical Affairs, R&D, Business Development) to ensure products align with customer and market needs
- IVD Development: Oversee the development process, ensuring decisions support patient outcomes and market demands.
- Commercialization Support: Assist country teams in messaging and marketing strategies for key products
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners to address market barriers and improve product launches
- Highly flexible and adaptable to the needs of our Pharmaceuticals customers, willing to try new approaches to develop our solutions, challenge the status quo. Teamwork and collaboration is key
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics marketing, business development, or partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field
- Expertise in gathering customer insights and shaping product strategies
- Good understanding of the development process for In Vitro Diagnostics products, additional experience with pharmaceuticals development ideal
- Self –starter, passionate about Personalized Healthcare
- Experience within a complex matrix environment with diverse colleagues/ functions, confident in interactions with senior leadership in Diagnostics and with our Pharmaceuticals partners as well as the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve results
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
