Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of marketing? Join our vibrant Marketing Customer Growth team as an Intern, where you'll conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings, and plan and execute B2C customer campaigns. - Conduct desk research to identify industry trends and market opportunities and analyze competitor offerings and prepare detailed reports, listen to customers' and front-line feedback, share insights
- Plan, execute, monitor, and analyze B2C customer cross/up-sell campaigns based on business assumptions (target group, touch points, content, customer journey, etc.)
- Draft innovative business ideas and potential integrations
- Co-develop business plans and models
- Prepare presentations and pitch materials for partner meetings
- Support in improving customer contact strategy
- Develop products, services, and campaign/customer communication ideas
- Bachelor graduates or Master students in Business Administration or related area
- Strong analytical, research, and market analysis skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent and collaborative worker
- Charismatic, open-minded, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great interaction skills; fluent in German and English
