For our Global People Development team at our Headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

Grow and thrive with us! In this role you enable people to develop their full potential. You play a critical role in the day-to-day People Development activities and within the wider HR Team. You will coordinate all development (L&D/Talent/Performance) activities and regularly interact with employees and third parties (L&D, venues, partners, etc.). The role is within the Global People Development team and reports directly to the Global People Development Senior Manager.
Support the implementation of People Development (L&D/Talent) programs and activities that are aligned with our business objectives
Manage the communication of People Development (L&D/Talent) activities and people engagement across trainings, including internal communication channels
Administer of IWC Academy: Maintain content, create sessions, assign programs, reporting e.g. attendance
Market available People Development (L&D/Talent/Performance) offer to HR Business Partners and provide necessary information and support
L&D Admin: Assist pre- and post People Development (L&D/Talent/Performance) activities administration (registration tracking, L&D materials, bookings and invoices, training equipment, communication and instructions to employees, etc.)
Help to process and manage vendor creation and invoices in SAP related to HR topics and maintain budget tracker
Contribute to various People Development projects such as continuously developing our positive impact
Currently enrolled in or recently completed bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business, hospitality management or similar fields
Proficiency in English and German
Creative self-starter with an eye for details and aesthetics
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on with a growth mindset
Customer-centric and service-oriented
Highly organized, excellent project management skills and tech-savvy
Desire to multi-task and work independently on various projects
